Geomagnetic storm

A Big Solar Eruption: CME+Flare+Radiation storm spewed particles into space at 1,400 km/s. Blast not directly toward earth but can affect Earth magnetic field 8-9June satellites damages?.........

Sun wakes up from sleep and threatens to disrupt
Earth communications and power
Geomagnetic storm activity expected from now and could last 24 hours

- Geomagnetic storm on it way to earth
- Possible disruption to power grids and satellites
- Flights over polar regions face being rerouted

Update Sep11 02:38:
The CME Storm in progrss is a KP=7 (G3)

Kp = 4: Calm Conditions
Kp = 5: Minor storm conditions
Kp = 6: Moderate storm conditions
Kp = 7: Strong storm conditions
Kp = 8: Severe storm conditions
Kp = 9: Extreme storm conditions

Update Sep10 02:27:
A strong geomagnetic storm (Kp=7) is in progress
following the impact of a CME around 1130 UT on Sept. 9th. This could be the first of several hits from a series of CMEs expected to reach Earth during the weekend
Electrical ground currents caused by the storm have been detected in Norway

Update Jun 12 01:51:
NO IMPACT: A coronal mass ejection (CME) propelled into space by the magnificent flare of June 7th has either missed Earth or its impact was too weak to notice. According to NOAA forecasters, the chance of geomagnetic storms during the next 24 hours has dropped to 15%.

Update Jun 9 17:27:
STORM WARNING: NOAA forecasters have downgraded the chances of a geomagnetic storm on June 9th to 20%. The disturbance, if it occurs, would be in response to a glancing blow from the CME

Update Jun 8 20:12:
The wait for the Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) continues. As it is expected to make but a glancing blow on the Earth's magnetic field, the timing of the impact is difficult (much more straightforward for a direct hit). Look for G1 (minor) Geomagnetic Storm conditions from 1200 UTC tomorrow (June 9) through June 10. The possibility remains for heightened Radiation Storm levels with the passage of the CME shock, but nothing greater than S2 (moderate) is forecast
Nasa

This astonishing sequence of images shows a dramatic "flare" bursting
out from the sun which could affect satellite communications
and power supplies here on Earth.
The spectacular development unleashed a radiation firestorm on a level not seen for five years which is expected to cause geomagnetic storm when it reaches Earth
Nasa's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the event which combines a flare, a coronal mass ejection (CME) and a minor radiation storm.

Any geomagnetic storm activity starting soon will likely be over within 12-24 hours

A Violent Solar Eruption also known as CME coronal mass ejection
(enormous ejection of energy were radiation and matter splash out in space)
spewed particles into space at a speed of 1,400 kilometres per second.
this was followed by a solar flare and a magnetic storm
Blast was not directed to earth but can do minor damage to satellites
The event was captured by Nasa

The US space agency said a large cloud of particles mushroomed upwards and then fell back onto the sun, covering almost half of the solar surface.

The blast, which was not directed straight at Earth, is expected to deliver a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on Wednesday evening or Thursday.

The arrival of the highly energetic particles is likely to boost auroras at high latitudes, but no adverse effects are expected to technical equipment.

Magnetic fields above sunspot complex 1226-1227 became unstable and erupted. The resulting blast produced an M2-class solar flare,
an S1-class radiation storm, and an unbelievable movie

STORM WARNING: NOAA forecasters estimate a greater than 25% chance of geomagnetic storms on June 9th. That's when a CME from the magnificent flare of June 7th is expected to deliver a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field.

2 Days ago I recived secret warning of Eletromagnetic Storms
This resulted in the creationg of our Global warning system.
Now a Big solar storm is threating to affect Earth satellites.
